Q1. Will the hair shedding or tangle?

A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle.It could last over a year if taken good care.

Q2. Why the hair has grey hair?

A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle

A: Usually, it takes 3-4pcs to fully install a head. And according to the length of the hair, normally we would highly recommend you to purchase one more piece when the hair length is over 16 inches

Q5. How can I order one more bundle?

A. You could place an order first, do not pay, leave a msg about what extra length you need, contact the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.

Q6. How long is the processing and shipment time?

A: There will be a 24-hour payment verifying time by DHgate, we will ship the goods within 24hours after the verifying time, shipment will take 3-7 days.

Q7. Why my order is frozen? What can I do?

A: It is payment security problem, please check with your bank why they block payment on DHgate.
